Phase 01 is engaged at a fixed fee, structured across three gated milestones: engagement start, mid-point review, and discovery close. Phases 02 through 05 are scoped in a written SOW after discovery validates scope, integration depth, and operational requirements. Phase 06 is a monthly retainer governed by the MSA.
